why are many young people angry?

Are young people angry?
It seems so. Frustrated. Burdened.
Desiring to have fun, yet. . .
By 'young' I mean teenagers to mid-thirties. . .
High expectations -
expecting one thing, getting another. . .
Feeling trapped. . . In back of mind it lingering - that thought - knowing it's just 'one shot' here on spinning globe. . . And what are they doing with it? - - - alarm sounds 7AM.. - This!!??
How they desire to be free - yet that fear of breaking free from this or that 'system' - rooted on fear of rejection from those who are locked into this or that humdrum system - the 'daily routiners' - those who 'get a paycheck' - to 'pay bills' and 'pay rent' - - - run faster on gerbil wheel - maybe afford that new DVD player at Best Buy!
Anger stems from being held back from self actualizing (achieving, reallizing full potential) - turns into being bushed - frazled from pouring all that energy into all those hours (how they add up - what happened to last month?) when they'd rather be doing what they'd like to be doing... - like having fun. . . By 'fun' I don't mean necessarily bouncing a ball around or singing with friends, skipping through a park. . . Henry Ford's saying springs to mind: "find something you love to do and you'll never work a day in your life." (paraphrased). . . Yes, I believe there exists people who are actually doing what they love - - - but they don't apply so much to this here chunk of thought expressed via words - - -because they're not all that angry - - - they're radiant - joyful - amped up - driven. . .
