Design.. Are the young controlled by the old?

If youth can't realize the desires of their hearts
because lit-up numbers on an ATM screen (being too low) say so
then the design is all wrong. i.e. what were they given the desires for if they (because of not having enough green paper bills) were not meant to realize them?
And who is preventing youth from uping that number on that ATM screen? Who's preventing youth from getting adequate amounts of green bills in hand - so that they might fulfill this, that dream - - - usher it into reality. . .
why not print more green paper bills to go round?
do a few bad apples spoil the batch?
Is "the Man" 'holding us down'? Who's "the Man"?
Recenty I've ruminated a bit on how the old have control over sooo much of these green pieces of paper - these green pieces of paper which seemingly make the world go round, opens doors, allows for you-name-it. They clench thier lots in white-knuckled fists, teeth grit - though composed on the outside.. They build forts around their green bundles, lock themselves in; exist on through the years in a type of survival mode - albeit with the right house (or mansion) - right car (luxury sedan, say) and the many other baubles that serve to morph them into 'on par' with their tense cliques and the Jones' next door (whom they tend to despise behind the piano keyed smiles). . .
These old folks with billions, millions, or hundreds of thousands in their bank accounts. . .
What about them spreading the wealth in ways that bless the youth -
rather than just all those stacks of Benjamins sitting stagnant in bank vaults. . .
And what's with the design of having to have green pieces of paper in order to achieve dreams. . . that 'contingency' that currently exists. . . is this design wrong - - - is it on it's way out - - - is there a better way forthcoming. . . what would it be. . . perhaps more emphasis on the mental - - -graduating from so high a focus on physical - - - and on into explorations of ideas as ways of 'passing time' and experiencing 'joy'. . .
and is that the design of a life - to 'pass time' - - - just widdle away hours till laying down and letting that last exhalation? is there a set number of hours that you have - like there's a number to the amount of hairs on your noggin as you read this. . . and can one, in span of a day, 'please God' moreso than another? - both of them - whatever they're doing - are both passing time - is this all that it boils down to. . . what would the motivation be to pass time more 'productively' than another? Depends on whether you believe there's an account after that last exhalation?
How will you manage you're paper green rectangles should you wind up with bundles of them some day? How does saying go: "those who fail to plan, plan to fail."?
How about old people putting good amounts towards enhancing the experiences of youth, is what I'm getting at - seeing as they have the highest energies and the best-working sensabilities - i.e. they can 'feel' this, that, more acutely than the over forty crowd. . . and what is life beyond energy and feeling? why are you holding so analy onto life you over forty crowd - loosen up - spread those green rectangles round - help fuel dreams of youth into fruition to the glory of God. . .
