TV

is there anything watchable on TV these days -
seems like just a bunch of Hollywood sitcoms and 7th Heaven-type shows..
maybe this is because my apt only gets 4 fuzzy channels.. -
there are probably good shows on the Biography channel and. . .

Think about the engine of Hollywood -
how it would sputter, bog, conk out if people uped and did stuff rather than vegged on couches before rather cheeseball shows (which in so doing they perpetuate the Hollywood robot). . . NY would reeeeally have the upper hand if LA sitcoms were summarily clickt off for a better cause (going out [or staying in] and creating something beautiful). . .
What say we leave off feeding that animal over there -
watch stuff on computers if you like. . .
Think how much art would transform - productivity would really spike fantastic..
and all those ideologies and agendas waved on unfurled banners on TV screens to wide eyed Mid-Westerners by Hollywood robot too. . .
And how about the Newspaper empire engine - think of all the eager-beaver recent college grads spending lives to 'get paychecks' by putting in the looong hours to make that machine function..
news is available online..
Now, am not saying throw TV and newspapers out window - just suggesting going online for it moreso (eh??) - and think of aaall the trees we'd save as we cut down on printing up so many of those goofy piles which, many of them, get hurled into dumpster at the end of the day anyway..

and save the dolphins!
