EUROPE

Thinking of movement these days. . .
it's significance, it's role..
Movement connotes life.. - imagine a live puppy - bouncing about w/ tail wagging. . . now picture a dead dog - motionless; 'lifeless'. . .
Motion..
how it. . . triggers certain responses in viewers. . .
this movement setting off that feeling in us.. that movement setting off this feeling.. -
witness a grand moment: feel grand.. witness an embarassing moment: feel embarassed.. and see how key a role motion plays to the conductor of a symphony (read this month's NewYorker article by Justin Davidson) - there they are, gesturing their arms and fingers - 'controlling the sound, energy' one could say. . .
I think it's possible to change whole atmospheres via your movements.. - speed, being the integral component of course - be it in movements, be it with words. . .
Readying for a European adventure.. - planes - trains - trollies - buses - cars - motorcycles - bikes - you name it. . . something about motion. . .
Then there's motion inside people's heads.. Some think about.. few things.. - what they're going to prepare for dinner tonight, thier cat, their bike... While others are thinking zillions of thoughts - then redoubling that over - then layering that with another load of fresh angles. . .

Let's up the movement. . . 'good health', I'd posit, would help to actuate this 'more movement in our lives' with fuller gusto. . .
